Dietetics
and nutrition
My professional experience shows that for many people changing the way they eat is the first step to take care of themselves, and realizing what they really need and what is no longer for them.
In my work, I comply with academic dietetics and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
With the progress of medicine and many fields of science, including e.g. biochemistry, physiology, genetics, the important role of nutrition in self-regulation of body processes is increasingly emphasized. Assuming that you are not a breatharian 😉 you need wholesome food to replenish life energy, efficient regeneration of the body, the proper functioning of the immune, hormonal, nervous system … just for your well-being and health.
Traditional Chinese Medicine has been based on the concept of 5 elements (fire, earth, metal, water, wood) and 2 energies (yin and yang) for over 2,500 years. TCM in the area of dietetics, focusing on cyclicality, regularity and diversity, restores the body’s balance by cleansing it, improving the functioning of digestive organs and regulating metabolism. This allows you to achieve the intended goal even in very unique (so-called “difficult”) cases.
If you experience chronic fatigue, a decrease in energy, you feel your body sluggish and heavy or it gives you other signs of weakness, you carry unwanted extra pounds or want to rebuild your weight, and you can gift yourself some time to eat, I can suggest you an individual diet developed especially for you.
