Addictions therapy
If:
- willpower is not enough to stop you in doing “it”,
- you experience the lack of control over your habitual behavior,
- the addiction consumes more and more time, attention, thoughts, money,
- as a result, you feel the release of tension or relief instead of pleasure,
- you are looking for reasons downplaying the symptoms listed above,
it can mean that you have a certain hunger (e.g. of security, love, self-esteem, fulfillment, freedom) that you find unwanted and difficult to confront.
I will help you accept who you are, and search for another way or tool to achieve a state of mind that currently, your addiction gives you. You decide what you are ready for; I support you in dealing with the uncomfortable feelings that occur when changing your harmful patterns to what is good for you.
